No Automatic Refunds: Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances: Withdrawing for documented medical or exceptional reasons may be granted a full or partial refund, strictly at the discretion of the General Manager

2. Tournament Postponement, Cancellation & Force Majeure

4. Travel & Third-Party Bookings
